The manufacturing industry is a fast-paced world with multiple opportunities for personal growth and career advancement. Your manager, for example, can be a goldmine of information if you bothered to ask him questions about how to do things or how things work outside of your job description. Bottom line? Be inquisitive and absorb as much information as you can from your peers.
