Mark Esfeld
President/Owner
Mark Esfeld is a high energy recruiter, consultant, entrepreneur and founder of Top Notch Personnel. Mark along with his wife Jodi work every day to create a culture at Top Notch Personnel that supports our work family, the team that is Top Notch Personnel.
Mark has 20 years of recruiting experience at all levels including C level roles in management, finance, marketing and sales. At Top Notch Personnel Mark takes a consultative approach to building relationships with our clients. People are the business of Top Notch Personnel and if we find the right employee at any level, our clients will succeed in their businesses.
Jodi Esfeld

Angela McBride
Senior Recruiter/Sales
Angela McBride has been Recruiting in Wichita, Kansas for over 22 years. She began her career with Snelling Personnel in 1997. Over the years she was a Branch Manager for a Daily Work and a Weekly Office combined, as well as an Assistant Manager for a Full Service Office, recruiting for Office Clerical, Light Industrial and Heavy Industrial.
Angela start with Top Notch in 2014. She enjoys helping people develop new skills to achieve better career opportunities as well as partnering with business throughout Kansas to help them grow. Her Motto from the very beginning has been “The Right Fit Always Equals Success”!
Rachel Underwood
Assistant Recruiter
Rachel joined Top Notch Personnel in September 2018. She graduated Iowa State University in 2009 — Go Cyclones! Most likely if you have stopped by the office you have seen her smiling face. She loves being able to meet new people and get them started on their path to their career goals. When she isn’t at work you can usually find her at a concert, riding her motorcycle or cheering on her Denver Broncos.
Sid Hall
Office Manager/HR
In her role at Top Notch Personnel, Sid is responsible for implementing and coordinating safety procedures, running the back office and collaborating with clients to bring back insight to the team for the best possible candidates. She is currently studying for the SHRM-CP exam.
When she isn’t working, you’ll find Sid playing in the dirt gardening, sewing, fishing, and building wood projects in the garage.
Chris Francis
Bookkeeper
Chris Francis joined Top Notch Personnel in 2018 and processes all payroll, invoices and taxes. Chris has an extensive background in bookkeeping, accounting and taxes. Chris often provides sage advice gleaned from her many years as a business advisor and owner.
In her spare time she likes to study Spanish, French, Piano and the Bible.
