While it’s your right to express your disagreement with a boss or company policies in the right manner and right channels, it’s another story if you’re constantly negative about everything. In a competitive job market, don’t think you can get away with just giving the bare minimum at work. When dozens of other people are happy to go above and beyond what is asked of them at work, you can’t expect to be indispensable by not showing any extra effort.
